Data Deletion & Access Revocation

Last updated: May 3, 2026

1. Delete Your Account

To request full deletion of your Agency Dispatch account and all associated data, send an email to support@agencydispatch.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed.

2. What Gets Deleted

A full account deletion permanently removes:

  • Your user profile, name, and email address.
  • All stored OAuth tokens for connected services (Google, Figma, Slack). This immediately revokes our ability to access those services on your behalf.
  • All projects, deliverables, milestones, and tasks you created.
  • All files and assets you uploaded or imported from Google Drive or other services.
  • All comments, annotations, and activity history tied to your account.

Encrypted backups containing your data are purged on a rolling 30-day schedule after deletion. Some data shared with other users (such as comments on shared deliverables) may be retained in anonymized or attributed form as part of those users' records.

3. Revoke Google Account Access

You can disconnect your Google account from Agency Dispatch at any time without deleting your account:

From within the app

Go to your Account page and use the "Disconnect" option next to your Google connection. This immediately deletes your stored OAuth tokens.

Directly from Google

  1. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "Agency Dispatch" (or "agencydispatch.com") in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click it and select "Remove Access."

Revoking access via Google invalidates any stored OAuth tokens on our end immediately. Future requests to Google services will fail until you reconnect, but your Agency Dispatch account and all other data remains intact.

4. Revoke Figma Access

Disconnect Figma from within the app on your Account page, or remove access directly from Figma:

  1. Go to your Figma account at figma.com/settings
  2. Navigate to Connected apps.
  3. Find "Agency Dispatch" and click "Revoke access."

5. Revoke Slack Access

Disconnect Slack from your Account page within the app, or remove access from Slack:

  1. Open your Slack workspace and go to Settings & administration → Manage apps.
  2. Find "Agency Dispatch" and remove it.

6. Export Your Data

You may request a copy of your data before deletion. Email support@agencydispatch.com with the subject line "Data Export Request" and we will provide an export within 30 days.
