By accessing or using Agency Dispatch ("the Service") at agencydispatch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Agency Dispatch is a project and asset management platform designed for creative agencies and their clients. The Service includes tools for managing projects, deliverables, assets, tasks, and team collaboration, as well as optional integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace, Figma, and Slack. All features are provided on an "as-is" basis as described herein.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts including Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Figma, and Slack. By connecting a Google account, you authorize us to access and act on Google services on your behalf only as described in our Privacy Policy and only for features you actively use.
Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the features you use within Agency Dispatch, and is not used for advertising or transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. You may revoke connected service access at any time from your Account settings or directly from the relevant third-party service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including files imported from Google Drive or other integrations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
The Service itself, including its design, software, branding, and all original content we create, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, and share your information, including data obtained from Google APIs.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS, INCLUDING GOOGLE SERVICES, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO THOSE SERVICES' OWN TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US$100).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or to other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
